Collection of various studio outtakes and demos, including various cover versions by such Weller - influences as the Beatles (Rain, And Your Bird Can Sing), The Kinks (Dead End Street) & The Small Faces (Get Yourself Together).
I reckon these are mainly from the Sound Affects / Funeral Pyre era (circa 1981).
Sorry for the recent lack of activity & of replies to e-mails , messages etc. Even when my Broadband is on, I reckon Virgin slow it down, as some sites won't let me log on at all & others are too slow. My old PC isn't helping either. I have been doing a stocktake of files - I seem to have lost a lot more than I originally thought so a lot of requests for reposts can't be done I regret. I am getting back into the swinbg of things gradually and won't be closing the blog. It's just that I'm really behind and am quite short of new material at present. Thanks to everyone for your patience during this difficult time.
No job as yet though have been "promised" an interview in the near future ... believe it when I see it. DSS still haven't processed my claim so no money yet... despite the years of Nat Insurance payments that I have made... Still off the cigs though !!!
