Stanley Bowles

Stan Bowles was one of the most accomplished & technically gifted English footballers ever. Best known for being part of the great 1970s Queens Park Rangers side, it is a little known fact that he started his career @ home town team Manchester City. (pictured 4th from right, back row in the City pic).     Fantastico !!!! one of my all time favourite wizards of ball control....... when he got it to the corner flag there was no way to get the ball, they just hacked him down .... but oh man he could make 'em pay for it........ magic upload, just inside the post ! love it, loved him !!
