Here's a great Jam gig that I've been sitting on for a while, after I received it on a data dvd. Excellent recording from the Masonic Hall, Toronto, dated May 23rd 1981.
Thanks to Gobshyte (Mondo de Meubles blog) for the great artwork - check out his excellent site - link below.
This is for blog visitor & Jam fan Bill, plus my old muckers Ally, Stacks & Dougal. Also for Marlene Smith, my one time true love, of North York, Ontario.
Welcome To My Blog
Thanks for checking the blog out... Hope it offers something a bit different every now & again. Though I come from a pseudo - Mod background (Soul & Ska in particular), I have a diverse taste in music & hope my varied posts will reflect this.
Cheers Skamanc .... I'm not after your undying gratitude, but please leave your thoughts, comments & opinions on the posts & content. I regularly up- & download material, plus buy and trade items. As such, if I have inadvertently "trodden on anyone's toes" in posting anything then please let me know & accept my apologies. Also please support the artists involved & remember that the blog is merely a pointer toward these various downloads, which are stored elsewhere. Legally, any downloads should not be retained for more than a week. So now I've told you the legal bit !

ReplyDeleteCool ta mate. Great artwork that kid, that's why I posted it. The file was on a dvd that lacked any sort of art / cover designs. Just googled a few combinations of Jam / Weller / Toronto & the date & came up with that. Don't have the link as I changed the title when saving the pics.
ReplyDeleteWhy not have a Mondo 2 type thing with artwork you've designed ?
Great post thanks a lot
ReplyDeleteRe-Up Please...
