Welcome To My Blog
Thanks for checking the blog out... Hope it offers something a bit different every now & again. Though I come from a pseudo - Mod background (Soul & Ska in particular), I have a diverse taste in music & hope my varied posts will reflect this.
Cheers Skamanc .... I'm not after your undying gratitude, but please leave your thoughts, comments & opinions on the posts & content. I regularly up- & download material, plus buy and trade items. As such, if I have inadvertently "trodden on anyone's toes" in posting anything then please let me know & accept my apologies. Also please support the artists involved & remember that the blog is merely a pointer toward these various downloads, which are stored elsewhere. Legally, any downloads should not be retained for more than a week. So now I've told you the legal bit !

dunno 'bout this one. One or two got me tapping.
ReplyDeleteBut thank you once again .
Hi Mark. Clark went more to the country side after leavng the Byrds, though thee are some crackers amongst his solo stuff. More to follow so please have a listen - he deserves much more than being a footnote on the story of the Byrds. Some rare ottakes & a live set due on soon...
ReplyDeleteYeah I noticed that in this one.The 1st half was very "country" . As your taste is excellent I'll have another listen ;)
ReplyDeleteAbout to post the 1st two Byrds LP's also... some classic Clark sings on these. Similar style to his later material though he used more "countrified" sidemen & session players on his solo stuff...
ReplyDeletethanks for this one (feat. Clarence White on guitar)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Gene Clark, excellent stuff.
ReplyDeleteCame lookin' after blogger closed rockin-byrd day after I found it :(
Best regards,
Light.
