Decent recording of The Specials in Seattle, USA, Feb 1st 1980. Copied this for a mate this morning & thought I'd share it out a bit wider via the blog...this is under a new sharecode btw.
Referred to on pages 143-145 of Sir Horace's excellent "Ska'd For Life" paperback, this gig was a support slot for The Police :
"Jerry is pretty contemptuous of The Police and calls their bass player 'String'. Mr Sumner walked off, snarling. I imagine him thinking snotty support bands- they get in the way".
